I applaud you for wanting to do the best for your puppies. It sounds like you are a very good doggie mommy. However, I agree with the others, get rid of the trainer. He has done more harm than good. I think you kind of knew this already or you wouldn't have posted here asking about it.
I have two girls. They get along great. One is definitely alpha over the other, but no fights or anything like that. Spaying will help a lot. Do it when your vet says they are ready.
