Gracie Ruth's hair, in the beginning, was short and sort of thin. I used these really small metal barrets that you bend to open and close.
Then moved on to the tiny scrunchies. She really didn't have enough hair to hold them in so I put one of the metal clips above the scrunchie to help hold it on. (Sorry, I can't find any pictures of that
) Finally she got enough hair to hold the scrunchie in by it's self. Oh I also used the clips to hold the short stray hairs in place until they grew long enough to reach the scrunchie.
