Ok. I just read again. She should not need pain meds this many days after surgery. And she still has bouts of hypoglycemia? give her some nutri cal. I would not give any more pain meds as they usually only need them for 2 or 3 days. It is common for a bit of diarrhea and or constipation after surgery so just keep an eye on that. You can give her a bit of canned pumpkin for the runs. The trouble with the pain meds is that they feel so good that you can't keep them down. She needs to rest and heel. Is she carrying her toy around with her constantly? does she seem anxious with her toy? or anxious in general? |
