It's not so much that they don't do certain chores it's the fact that something is in need of doing and it gets ignored.....Like the T.P..... Obviously who ever got out the new roll knew the old one was empty...So if your already sitting there why not stick it on the friggin dispenser. What, you can't do two things at once.....
