Yep rice and even the water from it is good for runny pooh or diarrhea! He probably ate something outside. That has happened to my angel. sleepy and sad looking with diarrhea. She had an upset tummy from something. They snap out of it but if not, rush your baby to the vet after a couple days. Pay close attention! Good luck!
