We've had Princess for a week and a half and whenever she's relaxing she licks herself down there for a long time (10-20 minutes). She is almost 8 months old and not spayed. Could she be going into heat? It doesn't look red or swollen and I haven't seen any blood spots around the house. If this is the sign of going into heat or being in heat, how many days do they normally bleed? Also, I noticed a flea crawl across her belly last night. That must be why she is itchy and I thought it was because of her food (Puppy Chow). She was due for her frontline on 10/24. But we haven't received it yet. Should I bathe her today after work or should I apply the Frontline? Any suggestions?
