I do not know if you have found a solution yet but I thought I would post a suggestion in case not. Luckily my puppy is not a barker but my sister's was. He is now 4 years old and barks occassionally but when he was younger he would bark a lot....especially when my sister left the house. She bought a citronella collar (it goes on like a collar and squirts a burst of citronella at her dog's face when he barks and it shocks him enough to stop him). He does not need the collar anymore but it has helped in the past a lot. I have looked into the reviews and some people say their dogs dont mind the citronella spray or that it makes them bark harder so its not guaranteed to work for you. BUt it worked for my sister's dog so maybe it is worth a shot. It is a bit costly if I remember correctly (maybe $70-100) but it worked for her.
