It's obvious he's not feeling well. Yorkie's do get stomach upset's from
time to time. Perhaps he got into something when you weren't looking.
If he's not throwing up or having any other serious sympthoms
I would wait it out until tomorrow. Loose stools can come from many
different things. Has his food been changed? Did he eat something he
has not had before? If you do take him in tomorrow make sure you
take a stool sample with you. He could have parasites. This happens
from time to time also and they can also cause loose stools.
