 Jack has the same issue.
Jack was also doing great while I was on summer vacation. Once I began to teach again, he started eliminating all over the house. While he still uses his pee pad while he's in the x-pen, he would rather go potty somewhere else if he's allowed out. It's rather frustrating to think I have to start all over again.
