I already did all the above. I called my ins co. withing 15mins then his
to report the accident. I got an estimate 48hrs later and sent it into
his ins. co. and followed up a few day's later to make sure they received
it. They did but were still trying to contact him.
They said he has to call them because anyone can report an accident.
I tried not to argue the situation and they do seem to be working with me,
however, they can't reach in. I had our Human Resource director call
him two weeks ago telling him the accident has been reported and to call
his ins co. ZILTH! He did nothing. They called his cell, his home # and the
other number in his records. Left messages and he will not return the calls.
The ins co. sent out two letters to him at two different addresses and
he has not responded to either. My ins co said they will send be a 20.08
check and fight for the 500.00 for me. My rates go up and they won't be
able to collect anyhow because he can't be reached to confirm accident.
He's avoiding this. I have no recouse but to go to his boss. Believe me he
won't be happy with this news. This is a school, he teaches troubled children
and he's not responsible for himself!
Yes, I will take him to small claims court if need be. I have no problem with that but he will pay. Believe me he will pay one way or the other.
I am still waiting my turn to see the superendendent. School just opened
and he's been very busy but I'm on the agenda at some point.
He works for the school, I for the agency. He does not know me from
Adam but he's about to find out just who I am. Not a fool that's for sure.
It's been past 30 days already. I told the ins co they have to pay and they
said they don't. It's Giego who advertises claims handled withing 48hrs
according to tv. This low life will not get away with this.
It's just making me so stressed because I want my car fixed!
