I have worked in insurance claims for 15 years, his company has to pay you, I dont care what they are saying to you!! He is legally supposed to report the accident in 7 days although he is allowed 30 , since he has failed to contact his insurance company they are obligated to pay you!! Please call the company ask to speak to a claims manager, not a rep.. tell them your situation.. explain you work in the same place etc.... ask to fax her all the information as well as your estimate for damage and the witnesses statements.... you can also call YOUR company and again ask for a claims manager they should help you get the process started.. his company is also obligated to get you a rent a car while your vehicle is being repaired....!!! if you have any further questions please PM me...
