Congrats on your puppy!!
Don't worry about the ears, 9 wks is still really young for them to be standing up. Most don't start until 3 or 4 months and then they may flop back down during teething.
Also, make sure she's kept from other dogs until after she's had all of her shots. You certainly don't want to risk her catching something. I know it seems like an eternity until then, but it's so worth it to keep your baby safe.
