I would love to hear from the people that show their dogs. What is it like in the day of a life of a show yorkie? How do you keep that coat looking like that? How do you look at the puppies you have and see a new champion? I have read a little but I would love to hear from you that show, it must be a lot of work.
I know I can get upset when I walk Ivy and people ask “what kind of dog is that” but I have to remember that all of us at one time thought that all yorkies looked like the yorkie in the calendar or the yorkie in the dog show.
So thank you for all your hard work breeding and showing as your dogs are the future “good yorkies” And maybe people will understand that not all yorkies are the same and maybe they will change their mind when they look at the back yard breeder or that cute yorkie in the pet store window.
