You can shave the tips of her ears (both sides) from about 1/3 down to the tips. This has been pretty successful for me to get a puppy's ears to stand. If that does not work within a couple of weeks, I would consider taping but I don't like to do this (it doesn't hurt the pup, I just don't like to do it) but its relatively easy.
