I'm kind of excited about it too. My Maltese, Cody is purebred but he was also a rescue puppy. So, he was neutered with no papers. And believe me, my kids are grown and we have always had dogs when they were growing up. But Colt is my very first AKC puppy. I named him Rene's Colt of High Hopes.
And yes, I am thinking about studding him too!!
