i've seen a personality change in a neighbor's dog. They are elderly and their son got them a Shih Tsu to help them out since he wasn't walking after his surgery. Whenever they walk him, he gets anxious and is jumping all around when he sees Maxwell. They met on the day they got them from his son. Recently, I noticed the dog isn't jumping when they walk him and he sees Maxwell. He looks and goes on. He's like a different dog. I didn't know it would change their personality.
