It's best for her to never have a heat cycle let alone a litter.

If she is spayed before she ever comes into heat you will eliminate her chance of ever getting mammary cancer. If you spay her before her second heat, her risk of cancer rises to 8%. After her second heat her risk rises to 25%. 80% of mammary tumors are cancerous.

Pregnancy is risky in toy breed dogs. C-sections are common.

The best thing you can do for her health is to get her spayed asap.
