When my first litter left 2 years ago, each new family had the AKC papers, my contract, and a puppy info sheet with a little bit pertinent to Yorkie puppy care; some of what you have already mentioned, as well as grooming, feeding, precautions to take with a tiny puppy/small dog in the home, etc., etc. I had also printed out a sheet or two of wallet sized photos of the pups from birth until the age they went to their new homes.

It is hard to see them leave, but it helps knowing you've found them new families that will love them (almost) as much as you do. I have been able to keep in contact with the most of the owners of our pups, I hope you can too.
