I would definitely wait until she has had all her shots. Grooming puppies is so easy so you can do much of it yourself. Get a small pair of scissor and you can use them to trim the hair on her ears, the pads of her feet and the hair around her anus. I like to use a small pin brush to brush them but I also like using a flea comb after I have them brushed out because that helps remove any puppy fuzz they might be loosing and also if they happen to pick up a flea you will get them off too. Also a pin brush will not always get the little mats that are close to the skin so by using the flea comb you will be able to catch any mats before they become a serious problem. Pay close attention to the hair on the elbows, belly and knees because there is where they usually start matting first. Also be sure to cut the toenails. For small pups I just use large people toenail clippers and just cut the little point on the end of the toenail where it starts to turn down.
