Yes please wait until she has all her shots!! Peanut was a fluff ball when he was a puppy bc I wouldn't take any risk of letting him catch anything!!!
What you can do to get her use to people touching her.. is to brush her.. play with her feet and touch her ears..Make a habbit of it and when you do take her she will kinda know whats going on
