megansmomma is correct in what she is saying.
If you can't afford a trainer do some research on aggressive
behavior.
Buddy changed his sweet nature when he turned one and it was
down hill fast with his aggressive behavior.
I certainly would not allow him up on the couch. Off limits for now
at least until he learns his place. Look up Ceasar Millan, he helped
me get threw the tough times and there were plenty.
You need to take control and be boss/alpha in dog langauge.
Taking charge now will save you heartache later because it can
and probably will escalate if not gotten under control.
Look for the book called NILIF (nothing in life is free) it will help
you get threw this difficult time and prevent later aggression.
