....... I just don't think I could pay a groomer who did exactly what I asked them NOT to do! A less than perfect job is one thing, but doing more harm than good is another. Think about it - if your hairstylist gave you a buzz cut when you requested a trim, would you pay her? I doubt it.
It might send a strong message if a few very upset customers walked out without paying. You'd have to find a new groomer, but heck, you might even end up with one who listens!
P.S. Hang in there, it will grow back eventually!!!!!
