Are you moving somewhere close in proximity to where you are located now? If so I would take her to visit the new place and try to get her acquainted with it. Tell her that this is our new home. Walk her around the yard or inside. Keep assuring her that you both are going.
Then once you do move, I would make sure that you have all her things there, ready and unpacked near your bed, that way she knows that she is staying too. Best of luck
