He's probably marking you as his, or showing that he believes he's dominant over you. You need to work on training him that it's inappropriate to do that, not rehome him. Dang, if I put my dogs up for adoption every time they did something like that, I wouldn't have my dogs about 100 fold...you need to think a little more before you decide to get rid of your baby - dogs aren't disposable, and when you get one, you should be making a lifetime commitment.
