If it were my Zander, the moment he comes to tinkle on me, I would say NO, no, immediately take him outside, point to the grass and tell him to go pipi, have treats in your pocket, if he finishes outside give him a treat, it can be a cheerio or a small piece of his favorite treat. Just like your kiddos he needs to be trained to respect you. Give it time, be firm, when he does good praise and love on him. Lots of luck.
