Penicillin is an antibiotic, which means that it is going to go through her already strained intestional tract and destroy what is left of her flora. This will only increase the diarrhea. What you want is a pro-biotic to incourage flora growth. Foods such as yogurt or pro-biotic powders will accomplish this. Please check with your vet because there may be a underlying complication not yet diagnosed.
