Ringworm, Tinea Corporis, is highly contagious; and yes you can exchange it back and forth with your animals. It is a fungus just like Athletes foot or Jock itch.
She will be contagious as long as the lesions are present. Keeping the infected areas covered will help to keep the exposure of others down.
If you live in a highly humid area, you might consider a de-humidifier in the house. This will help to eliminate the moist growing environment that the fungus needs to survive. Good luck
