There's a few things that are going on

Yes she's at the age where this kind of stuff happens and she might be teething
But she isn't biting everyone ... at least that's what you said
She's biting You

So that needs to stop
and the way you do this is stop becoming the moving target
and you must show her that you are not only hugs and kisses but that you mean business when she's bad

If she goes to nip ... you stop
and in a strong voice say ..... NO BITE!
and then you walk away

If she comes after you again ... you do the same again

She cannot put her mouth on you ... make sure of it
