Well I sure wouldn't medicate her without your vet's recommendation/approval. You can be exacerbating the problem by administering improper medication amounts/types/etc.
You can try to give her a few cc's of Pepto, but as this has been going on for three days, I would take her into the vet in the morning, or tonight if she gets lethargic or shows any blood in her stool.
