I would recommend Mistibleu Yorkies in Hilton, NY (near Rochester). I got Lulu from them (their names are Bob and Kim Balas) and they are great to work with. They have excellent quality puppies, they are spayed/neutered before you get them and pretty much litterbox trained. They are also well socialized.
