I think you hit the nail on the head even without all of the info! Chase meets dogs at the dog park and on walks, but hasn't spent a lot of time with them. While he's really friendly and will greet other dogs, it is really the extent of his interaction. I noticed he lacks the dog social skills to play like others do. He becomes nervous and wants to be picked up after 20 minutes or so. I take him to a small dog meet-up around once a month and dog parks on a daily basis. A friend of ours suggested putting him in doggy day care for a week. Maybe I'll try it...
