I spoke to a friend who is an exotic/ small animal vet. she told me to keep him there one more night and have them wean him off the iv and iv glucose. and to administer him syringe feeding of food and nutracal so that he is better watched. I saw him today and he looks much better than yesterday. He was filled with puppy kisses and very much curious.
He ate 1 tsp of baby food just before i got there too. Vet ran a liver workup and and ultrasound to rule out Liver Shunt and it was negative. He was very bloated and vet said it was from the parasites and the treatment and he has some fluid.
