 Lost Buddy last Sunday
After many years of one health problem after another, we decided that Buddy would finally see the Rainbow Bridge. We are still crying. This last round of illness started with a limp in the right leg. It progressed rapidly until he was completely paralyzed from the neck down. He could not walk or even stand up. Vet had him on prednisone for a couple of weeks along with all of the other meds he was constantly taking. She said that there was no hope, suspected neuro damage but to find out, was an MRI that cost a great deal of money..when your baby is paralyzed what good does spending another $3000 dollars do? Sometimes, I think vets are a racket these days. Anyway we are looking for another little one to light our lives up as we are both devastated. Any recommendations for breeders in AZ? No puppy mills or backyarders please...want a dog from a breeder who cares about the breed instead of money. |
