I lost my best friend on 6/1/09, his name is Max. The first month was terrible, all I did was cry. I could barely function and my remaining pets, Misty, a Yorkie and Mazie, an English Cocker Spaniel, seemed to be very depressed also. My spirits were raised Fourth of July weekend when my friends brought me a small white Maltese puppy. It got so I was so busy with her that I wasn't crying all the time. You need to think of your baby being up at the Rainbow Bridge running around with the other yorkies and just having a good old time. That's the way I cope. |
