She is really beautiful and has an incredible top line. How much does she weigh? If you are not going to breed or show her I think it is a good idea to have her spayed. Eventually most dogs need anesthesia at some point - she might need dental work in the future for example. My girls really like the Natural Balance Sweet Potato and Fish, but they go thru times where they get bored with the food. I usually try mixing a little canned NB into the kibble and that usually helps. Maybe you can give her a little Nutri-Cal once a day to help her get her appetite back.
