Do you use a carseat for her or at least a harness that buckles into the seatbelt. It could be that when you reach higher speads she feels less secure (inertia on such a small body). If you don't use a carseat or buckle I would suggest one or at least use a travel crate that way she will feel more secure! Hope this helps.
