Thanks. i can't tell you how much better I feel, how much easier it is to get stuff done, how much more energy I have. Clothes shopping is fun now and much nicer stuff is available.
My arthritis is not as bad. Apparently certain things can be a problem to aggravate arthritis.
I know this is not just a temporary change of eating habits, it is a lifetime choice and I would rather feel better as a result.
I also am convinced it was not my metabolism, it was me eating the wrong things too high a calorie diet for my normal everyday activity. Fat, sugar and salt are the main flavourings in processed food, fast food and junk food.
I feel much more satisfied eating what I do, don't feel hungry all the time from empty calories I also don't eat processed foods, those can be a corker.
And I read labels. It is amazing what is added to things such as tinned soups, etc.
I felt 15 years older than I am, now I feel 15 years younger.
