It does kinda look like staph intermedius; it could also possibly be fungal. Sometimes a more rare yeast will look like this.
Unless she has this elsewhere on her body, I doubt they'll give oral antibiotics - if they do, I'd request Simplicef if it's staph. But more likely, they'll give you an ointment and/or a spray to apply for a couple weeks.
Be sure to look super close *all* over her body before you go to check for other areas (btwn toes, armpits, inside ear, all around outside ear, neck, ...separate fur and check all over). Keep us posted!
