No actually you can not in Canada any longer unless you wish to land your tail in court.
until the case that is the system gets over turned best to be careful what is said about a canadain by another canadain on a board in public.
The lady in the courts right now had proof and stated on a board that her dog was from a said mill and that it was sick and she got a boat laod of proof along with SPCA report saying they do not have a clean place and she in a fight for her life.
Not willing to take the risk as now the law is Canada is under attack it just not wise unless you got a bank roll to fight it.
AS for being suspicious it pays to be careful when you are working on miller stuff and other things. Lifes works can go poof in seconds on one wrong word in public.
