How long does she wear the harness before this starts to happen?
I know Maddie never wears her harness unless she just has too. On vaccation this year she wore it more than she ever had b/c we stayed in such a pet friendly town, I almost felt out of place without her! LOL Anyway, I guess where she doesn't wear one often, her chest was a little red by the end of the week.
