I don't want to alarm you if it's just her wanting you to pet her. Mine do "worm" their way under my hand when they want attention and petted. But if she is pressing her head against your hand, floor, wall, anything then she needs to be seen by your vet? Head pressing is a sign of serious issues and should be seen by your vet asap.
