I find it hard to believe that the CKC would register a dog with only a picture. I have had dealings with them in the past and nothing was ever that easy. This is a huge surprise to me. Has anyone actually registed a dog CKC with only a picture. Are we talking about the same CKC, Canadian Kennel Club? |
