If there is an odor, she may just need her ears cleaned. When you get her checked out with her vet, make sure you purchase some ear wash for her. (You should probably not buy over-the-counter ear wash, unless the vet recommends it). I clean Prince's ears about twice a month, or as needed.
I didn't realize that she vomited until I reread your post. You should definitely get her checked out with her vet.
