The Yorkie Haven site sells belly band and I know they come with skull and crossbones. They have velco so you can adjust the waist to fit. In my signature there is a link to the rescue's website. Just go into the Haven Boutique and they are in there. I think they are about $6 and ALL money goes to the rescue to help the pups so you will be helping as well
