I think you need to put your foot down on this one......or conveniently miss the calls or emails of interested adoptees  , but if worst comes to worse and only as a last resort, make sure he goes to a very close friend or a family member so that he is never far from " HOME  " |
Thanks Rose! I wish that he would change his mind, but I don't believe that will happen. We have such a full house and it makes it tough to plan any sort of outing or even a future vacation with our kiddos. We can't ever leave Livi behind for too long because she gets herself sooooooo upset! So, I think he is probably right about adding one more (although, I hate to admit it).
One of my mom's close friends was interested in him, but her and her husband have decided that they are not quite ready. They are retired and have a 14 year dog and also an older kitty and she said that they would probably wait until they no longer have them. I *think* they are enjoying how calm their home is...I don't blame them...I often wonder what "calm" is like.
