When I got Laci I noticed the breeder had newspaper down instead of pee pee pads, ( probally because they were cheaper.) try using newspaper.
I dont want to scare you but you have a LONGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG road to potty training he probally has NO idea what grass is...pee pee pad training and outside training takes months and you have to be so consistant.. I got Laci in March it was way to cold and snow to deep here to train outside so I did pee pads first...then outside, I got up at 12-3-6am to take her out..its alot of work !!
