 How do I know if it's infected?
Mya had hernia repair on her belly on Tuesday and has a total of 5 staples.
Hope do I tell if it is infected? There is no bruising but around the incision like up and down the edges it's pink and swollen. I read that maybe it's because she has been too active? (I try i swear but it's hard to keep her calm sometimes when she is feeling good!)
Anyway, there is no discharge or bleeding or anything, just pink and swollen....any thoughts? Should i take her to the vet or is it just normal healing swelling? |
