i know this is an older post ; did the bite go away; what was it
my dog has something similar on her left thigh (back leg); i took her to the vet yesterday and they saw her really quick; they said it's not tick bite but some kind of bug or insect bite; so they told me to give her benadryl; i dont think it hurts because when i press down she doesnt seem to be in pain; it's not itching because i dont see her biting or itching it ; if it was mosquito bite she will itch it; i am concerned because it's red and it's raised like there is something under the surface. does anyone have any insight? thanks
