Has he had a shot recently in that spot? They can get a lump at the site of the injection pretty commonly. Pixie had that and I took her to the vet and she said it was just a reaction at the site of her last vaccine and they don't charge to look at it and make sure that's what it is. You can call and find out where the last shot was given if you don't remember. It can take awhile for it to go down. Pixie's as pretty big for a month. Please keep us posted and try not to worry.
