Can you scan the form and post it? It sounds to me like the form you have is the AKC's registry research application.
If you can't scan it, what does the form say exactly?
$30 is what the AKC charges for the research, so I'm thinking what you have is the form to apply for registration - the breeder may have already had the AKC conduct the research. |
